Thoughts on Being a Dad (by Brandon)
I love being a dad. I especially love seeing Abi grow up and learn who she is. It’s a ton of fun teaching her things like how to dance, run, learn new words, and how to best tickle mommy. It’s the best part of the day when I get time with my two girls. Being a dad is important to me because family is my world. I love spending time and making new traditions and thinking of what good Abi is going to do in the future. Being a dad teaches me the important and simple things in life. Some of my favorite things to do as a dad are daddy/daughter dates, playtime, and bedtime stories. Currently Abi and I’s favorite past times are building forts, dumping out all the blocks and snuggling right before bed.
